Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the mini bundt pans.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Slowly stir in the hot coffee until the batter is smooth. Optionally fold in mini chocolate chips.
  6. Carefully fill each mini bundt pan about two-thirds full with the batter.
