Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Churro Cruffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roll out the cold puff pastry into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Cut the pastry into squares and place about a teaspoon of filling in the center of each.
  3. Fold the corners of the pastry inward, pinch the edges to seal, and roll each into a cylinder shape.
  4. Bend each cylinder into a U-shape and place upright in a greased muffin tin.
  5. Heat neutral oil in a deep frying pan to about 350°F (175°C) for frying.
