Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, toss the mixed berries with lemon juice.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  5. Press a few coated berries into the center of each yogurt dollop and sprinkle with granola if desired.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  7. Transfer the bites to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.
