- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into ¼-inch rounds or lengthwise into 3-inch portions.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each baguette slice, using a brush for even coating.
- Bake the slices for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cool slightly.
- Chop the Roma tomatoes and cucumber finely, and mix with green onions and feta in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, and dill, mixing gently.
- Spoon the veggie mixture onto the crostini or baguette slices and serve immediately.
