Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the baking dish. Place a spoonful of filling on one end of a lasagna noodle and roll it tightly. Repeat with all noodles.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll ups, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
