  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Substitute with cottage cheese for a lighter version
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Use garlic powder if fresh isn’t available
  • Salt and Pepper Essential seasonings to taste
For the Sauce
  • 15 oz Alfredo Sauce Store-bought for convenience or homemade for freshness
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can mix with gouda for additional flavor
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Substitute with Pecorino Romano for a sharper taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Omit if unavailable

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place a noodle on a surface, add 1/4 cup filling in the center, and roll tightly, seam side down.
  5. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
