- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place a noodle on a surface, add 1/4 cup filling in the center, and roll tightly, seam side down.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
