Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by washing and hulling fresh strawberries, then place them in a food processor along with a drizzle of honey. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency, about 1–2 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, scoop in the Greek yogurt and gently fold in the strawberry puree using a spatula. Mix carefully until fully blended, creating a beautifully swirled berry yogurt mixture for about 2–3 minutes.
- Take a resealable plastic bag or a piping bag and pour the strawberry yogurt mixture into it. Seal tightly and snip a small corner off to create a piping tip.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pipe small dollops of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the sheet, keeping them about 1 inch apart. This step should take around 5 minutes.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the strawberry yogurt bites to freeze for about 1 hour or until they are firm to the touch.
- If you’d like, sprinkle on any optional toppings like chopped pistachios or shredded coconut before placing them back in the freezer.
- Once fully frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the sheet and transfer them to an airtight container for storage.
