Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Sweet Potato Brownie Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and pierce one cooked sweet potato, microwave for 5-10 minutes until soft, then mash it until smooth.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine nut butter with maple syrup or honey, stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  4. In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potato with the melted nut butter mixture and cocoa powder until smooth.
  5. Grease a mini muffin pan and distribute the batter into the cups, filling each halfway.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes until centers are set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
