- Gradually mix the dry ingredients with the wet batter, alternating with milk.
- Evenly divide the batter into the prepared cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Beat the softened butter until creamy, then add powdered sugar, ube puree, and optional coloring.
- Once cool, frost each cupcake using a piping bag.
