Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add diced onion, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef and seasoning, cook until beef is browned (4-5 minutes).
  4. Drain diced tomatoes and stir into skillet, cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin, fill with beef mixture, top with cheese and a second wonton wrapper.
  6. Bake for 13-17 minutes until wontons are golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Cool slightly, remove from tin, garnish and serve.
