  • 4 cups Sparkling or Still Water

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Blend the cherries, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender for about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain the mixture using a mesh strainer to extract the cherry syrup.
  3. Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Pour 3 tablespoons of cherry syrup over the ice in each glass.
  5. Top each glass with sparkling or still water and stir well.
  6. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and whole cherries before serving.
