Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge the chicken in all-purpose flour, coating both sides thoroughly.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, then cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add lemon slices to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Deglaze with white wine, scraping up browned bits from the skillet.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, simmer for 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
