Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Generously season filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper on both sides and rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Lower heat, add another tablespoon of butter and stir in minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and lobster meat, cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning; serve sauce over filet mignon.
