Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 to 1.5 hours until clusters freeze solid.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before returning to the sheet.
  7. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top while chocolate is still wet.
  8. Return clusters to the freezer for an additional 10 minutes to harden chocolate.
  9. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months, or serve immediately.
