Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 to 2 cups of your chosen fresh or frozen fruits. Mash the fruit slightly and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the blended mixture into your popsicle molds or small cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  3. Let your kids sprinkle in fun extras like chopped fruit or chocolate chips. Mix gently with a popsicle stick or spoon.
  4. Center popsicle sticks into each mold carefully. If using cups, wrap foil around the top and poke sticks through for stabilization.
  5. Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  6. To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10 seconds, then pull on the sticks to remove the popsicles.
