- Marinate the steak by combining soy sauce, hot sauce, olive oil, and optional bouillon in a bowl or Ziploc bag. Cut the flank steak into strips, add it to the marinade, and allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Prepare the garlic butter sauce by melting butter and mixing in lemon juice, chopped parsley, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red chili flakes. Set aside for assembly.
- Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Cut large pieces of heavy-duty foil. Divide marinated steak and quartered potatoes among foil sheets, drizzle with garlic butter sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Seal foil packs securely and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked to preference.
- Open foil packs carefully and serve warm. Optionally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
