Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro and parsley, salt, black pepper, and cayenne if desired until combined.
  2. Place the shrimps in a separate bowl, pour in about 3/4 of the marinade, toss gently, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, drizzle the remaining marinade over the skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 450°F). Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Carefully remove the skewers from the grill, drizzle with reserved marinade, and serve hot.
