Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and cube the fresh mozzarella cheese.
  2. Combine chicken pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated chicken and mozzarella onto soaked wooden skewers, alternating pieces.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F.
  5. Cook skewers on the grill for about 12-15 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Remove skewers from heat, garnish with fresh herbs, and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
