- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
- Melt some unsalted butter and mix in additional Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
