Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt some unsalted butter and mix in additional Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
