- Begin by prepping your chicken and baby potatoes. Cut the chicken into even, bite-sized pieces. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and each one can be halved if they are larger.
- Layer the halved baby potatoes evenly at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the seasoned bone-in chicken pieces over the potatoes. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add the freshly minced garlic evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle fresh-grated parmesan cheese over the top.
- Pour the chicken broth gently over the entire mixture in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and set to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, uncover and stir gently to combine the flavors and sauce.
