Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until resembling moist sand.
  3. Allow the crust mixture to rest for about 5 minutes to enhance flavors.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the halibut fillets on it with space between each.
  5. Press the crust mixture onto the top of each halibut fillet to form a 1/4-inch thick layer.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Once out of the oven, let the halibut rest for a minute before serving with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
