- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until resembling moist sand.
- Allow the crust mixture to rest for about 5 minutes to enhance flavors.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the halibut fillets on it with space between each.
- Press the crust mixture onto the top of each halibut fillet to form a 1/4-inch thick layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Once out of the oven, let the halibut rest for a minute before serving with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
