Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300ºF (150ºC). Prepare your baking dish for the assembly.
  2. Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  3. In a shallow baking dish, arrange the thinly sliced navel orange and lemon.
  4. Smash the garlic cloves and scatter them around the citrus.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon fillet on top of the arranged citrus and garlic.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary and drizzle olive oil over the entire assembly.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the salmon turns pale pink and flakes easily.
  8. Remove from oven and take out the citrus, garlic, and rosemary before serving.
