Preparation

  2. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and add them to the marinade. Toss to coat thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for 375°F to 400°F.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
