Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine hot honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk the mixture until well blended.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C). Clean and lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Place marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through with grill marks.
  5. Check doneness with a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove chicken from heat and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
