  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, about 400°F. Clean and lightly oil the grill grates.
  2. Marinate the chicken by mixing teriyaki sauce and pineapple juice in a bowl. Add cubed chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Chop bell peppers into bite-sized pieces and slice scallions into 1-inch sections.
  4. Assemble the skewers by alternating chicken, pineapple chunks, and bell peppers.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 5 minutes on one side, then turn to grill another 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160-165°F.
  6. Transfer kabobs to a serving platter, drizzle with teriyaki sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley.
