  • 2/3 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese or substitute with your favorite melting cheese
  • 4 slices Bacon crumbled, can use turkey bacon or omit for vegetarian
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley or substitute with fresh chives or omit
  • 2 tbsp Thinly Sliced Green Onions

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing your red potatoes thoroughly and cutting them into uniform 1-inch chunks.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend well.
  3. Add the potato chunks to the bowl with the seasoning mixture and toss until fully coated, allowing to sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature of around 400°F (200°C).
  5. Take a large piece of aluminum foil, place the seasoned potatoes in the center, and fold the edges to create a tight packet.
  6. Place the sealed foil packet on the grill and grill for 10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the packet and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the potatoes.
  8. Return the opened packet to the grill for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with parsley and green onions before serving.
