- Begin by washing your red potatoes thoroughly and cutting them into uniform 1-inch chunks.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend well.
- Add the potato chunks to the bowl with the seasoning mixture and toss until fully coated, allowing to sit for 5 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature of around 400°F (200°C).
- Take a large piece of aluminum foil, place the seasoned potatoes in the center, and fold the edges to create a tight packet.
