Cooking Instructions

  3. Cut the lemon in half. Reserve half for juicing and slice the other half for grilling.
  4. Char lemon halves cut side down on the griddle for about 1 minute, then remove.
  5. Place salmon fillets skin-side up on the griddle and cook for approximately 5 minutes without moving.
  6. Gently flip the fillets, drizzle with charred lemon juice, and lay charred slices on top. Cook an additional 7 to 10 minutes.
  7. Check doneness by ensuring salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F.
  8. Transfer cooked salmon to a plate and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
