  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak well-marbled cuts
  • 1 pound Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for marinating
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cubed sirloin steak with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, season shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit while preparing the garlic butter sauce.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Assemble skewers by alternating marinated steak and seasoned shrimp. Aim for about 4-5 pieces of steak followed by 2-3 shrimp per skewer.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from grill, drizzle with garlic butter sauce, and serve immediately garnished with parsley.
