Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by pounding the boneless skinless chicken breasts to an even thickness. In a zip-top bag, combine the sweet and spicy cayenne grilling sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and kosher salt. Add the chicken to the bag, seal it tightly, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for enhanced flavor.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375 to 400°F (190 to 200°C). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled.
  3. In a grill basket, toss the broccoli florets, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, and red onion with olive oil and spicy barbecue seasoning. Place the basket on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, tossing occasionally until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it directly on the grates. Grill the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side, brushing the remaining marinade over the top.
  5. After grilling, let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve alongside the grilled vegetables.
