  • 2 cups Broth Beef or chicken broth
  • 1 cup Vegetables Chopped bell peppers and onions preferred

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare all ingredients.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in rice and broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
