Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup to taste until smooth.
  2. Gently mash fresh raspberries, keeping some chunks, and fold them into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture into molds, filling them three-quarters full and smoothing the tops.
  4. Place molds in the freezer for at least 2 hours until solid.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the yogurt bites, then freeze for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Pop the bites out of molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
