- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup to taste until smooth.
- Gently mash fresh raspberries, keeping some chunks, and fold them into the yogurt mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into molds, filling them three-quarters full and smoothing the tops.
- Place molds in the freezer for at least 2 hours until solid.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the yogurt bites, then freeze for an additional 5 minutes.
- Pop the bites out of molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
