  • 400 g Full-Fat Cream Cheese Room Temperature

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Optional
  • 300 ml Double Cream
  • 3-4 tbsp Biscoff Spread For swirls
For the Topping
  • 1 tbsp Extra Biscoff Spread Melted
  • 200 ml Double Cream Whipped
  • 50 g Icing Sugar For decoration

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Biscuit Base by blitzing Biscoff biscuits and mixing with melted butter. Press into a springform tin and chill.
  2. Make Cheesecake Filling by melting white chocolate and mixing with cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped double cream.
  3. Create Biscoff Swirl by dolloping Biscoff spread into the cheesecake filling and gently folding to combine.
  4. Assemble the cheesecake by spreading the filling over the chilled base. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours.
  5. Finish and serve by removing from the tin, drizzling with melted Biscoff spread, and piping whipped cream on top.
