- Wash your fresh strawberries, mandarin slices, and grapes under cold water and pat them dry to remove excess moisture. Skewer 1-3 pieces of fruit onto each stick.
- In a pot, combine 3 cups of sugar with 1.5 cups of water. Place over medium heat and allow to boil gently without stirring for 15-20 minutes until it reaches 300°F.
- Once the syrup is at the right temperature, dip each skewer of fruit into the syrup, ensuring all sides are coated evenly.
- Place each dipped skewer into a bowl of ice to harden faster, then transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool completely.
