Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Activate the yeast by combining it with warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes.

  6. Shape the dough into ropes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Boil the pretzel bites in baking soda water for 45 seconds.
  8. Brush them with egg wash, sprinkle salt, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  9. After baking, brush with butter or roll in cinnamon sugar if desired.
