  • 2 cups Strawberries Fresh and ripe, hulled and halved or quartered
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or properly thawed frozen
  • 1 cup Pineapple Fresh, diced
  • 2 pieces Kiwi Ripe, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Mango Diced, adjusted based on taste
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Honey Substitutable with agave syrup for vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Optional, finely chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruits under cool running water. Hull and slice strawberries, dice pineapple, kiwis, and mango. Place all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey with fresh lime juice. Whisk vigorously until smooth and well incorporated.
  3. Gently add prepared fruit into the mixing bowl and mix to evenly distribute.
  4. Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruits and toss gently to coat.
  5. Optionally, cover and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle finely chopped mint leaves over the top.
  7. Serve in a beautiful bowl or individual cups.
