Ingredients
  

For the Bread
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour substitute with gluten-free flour for gluten-free
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar reduce slightly for less sweet option
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder ensure it's gluten-free if needed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon try nutmeg or allspice for a different flavor
  • 2 large Eggs replace with flax eggs for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil can be replaced with melted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk use plant-based milk for vegan
  • 2 cups Apples (peeled, cored, and chopped) choose any variety
For the Topping
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar adjust for desired thickness
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle with half of the brown sugar cinnamon mixture.
  7. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the brown sugar cinnamon mixture.
  8. Swirl the batter gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  11. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  12. Drizzle glaze over the cooled bread and allow to set before slicing.
