Instructions

  3. Sprinkle flour over the sausage and whisk in milk gradually until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the biscuits into quarters and arrange them evenly in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuits, then whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl; pour over the mixture.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
