Fillings

  • 12 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls Can substitute with brioche.
Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter For a rich glaze.
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup Use honey for a different flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning The key flavor component.
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation and Assembly
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until light and fluffy.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet and cook the egg mixture until softly set.
  4. Cook the bacon in a separate skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  5. Layer the bottom halves of the King's Hawaiian Rolls in the baking pan, then sprinkle with cheddar, eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese.
  6. Combine melted butter, maple syrup, Everything Bagel seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl to make the glaze.
  7. Brush the glaze over the top of the sliders and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
