Preparation
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, green onions, onion powder, and salt.
- Layer half of the diced Canadian bacon in the baking dish, add toasted English muffins, and top with remaining bacon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layers and let soak.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Sprinkle paprika on top and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for additional 15 minutes.
- Prepare the Hollandaise sauce by whisking milk with the Hollandaise mix and melting butter until thickened.
- Slice into 10 portions and drizzle with Hollandaise sauce to serve.
