Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Blend until smooth and well-integrated, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Scoop portions of the peanut butter mixture with a tablespoon, roll and shape them into egg forms, roughly 1-2 inches long.
  3. Place the shaped eggs into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
  6. Place the dipped eggs back onto parchment paper and allow them to cool completely until the chocolate hardens.
  7. Once the chocolate is set, enjoy or store in an airtight container.
