- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, bell peppers, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
