Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine your choice of ground beef or turkey with breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and seasonings. Use your hands to mix until just combined.
  2. While the meat mixture is resting, cut the low-moisture mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes and set them aside.
  3. Take a portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a mozzarella cube in the center and fold the meat around the cheese, sealing it tightly.
