Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 200°C (392°F), which takes about 3 minutes.
  2. Coat bread slices with melted butter, adding minced garlic and chopped parsley. Cut into cubes and place in the preheated Air Fryer. Cook for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Spread cashews evenly in the Air Fryer and toast for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. In a large bowl, combine coarsely chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to mix.
