  • 8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Diced Jalapenos drained
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Dough
  • 1 can (16 oz) Crescent Roll Dough
Topping
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded pepper jack cheese, softened cream cheese, drained diced jalapenos, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface without tearing it.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the dough and roll it tightly from the short side.
  5. Slice the rolled dough into 16 equal pieces using a serrated knife.
  6. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and place the rolled slices in it, leaving space between each roll.
  7. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the top of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 28-30 minutes until golden brown and fluffy.
