Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded pepper jack cheese, softened cream cheese, drained diced jalapenos, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Open the crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface without tearing it.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough and roll it tightly from the short side.
- Slice the rolled dough into 16 equal pieces using a serrated knife.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and place the rolled slices in it, leaving space between each roll.
- Melt butter and stir in garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes until golden brown and fluffy.
