  • 2 tbsp Sugar Feel free to skip or reduce to taste.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt Regular salt with minced garlic can be used.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, and all dry spices. Mix gently.
  3. Add onion and honey to the mixture and fold together until incorporated.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, smooth the top, and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Whisk together ketchup, barbecue sauce, and sugar in a small bowl to create the glaze.
  6. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), brush glaze over the meatloaf, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve.
