- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper until combined. Add cubed sirloin steak and let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated steak onto metal skewers alternating with red, orange, and green bell peppers and red onion.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat, approximately 350°F to 400°F (175°C to 200°C).
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
