Kebabs
  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak Can replace with chicken or shrimp
  • 1 each Red Bell Pepper Alternatives include yellow or green
  • 1 each Orange Bell Pepper Swap with red or yellow if unavailable
  • 1 each Green Bell Pepper Omit if not preferred
  • 1 each Red Onion Substitute with sweet onions or shallots
  • 6 each Metal Skewers Wooden skewers require soaking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper until combined. Add cubed sirloin steak and let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Thread the marinated steak onto metal skewers alternating with red, orange, and green bell peppers and red onion.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat, approximately 350°F to 400°F (175°C to 200°C).
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
