Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, eggs, Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and minced onion. Allow it to sit for a few minutes.
- Gently fold the milk mixture into the meat mixture, ensuring everything is well-blended.
- Transfer the combined mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a smooth, even loaf.
- In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, and grape jelly until smooth. Spread half of the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and brush the remaining glaze mixture over the top.
- Return to the oven for another 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes in the pan before slicing and serving.

Notes
For best results, avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender and moist.
