Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, eggs, Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and minced onion. Allow it to sit for a few minutes.
  4. Gently fold the milk mixture into the meat mixture, ensuring everything is well-blended.
  5. Transfer the combined mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a smooth, even loaf.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, and grape jelly until smooth. Spread half of the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  7. Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
  8. After 40 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and brush the remaining glaze mixture over the top.
  9. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  10. Let it cool for about 5 minutes in the pan before slicing and serving.
