- Preheat your Blackstone griddle or BBQ grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C) for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Husk the fresh corn on the cob, removing all silky threads. Trim ends if needed, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
- Brush the corn with olive oil and season generously with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned corn onto the hot grill, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes per side, rotating every few minutes.
- Halfway through grilling, brush with melted butter or ghee.
- Remove the grilled corn, sprinkle with cheese and herbs, and squeeze lime juice over it before serving.
