  3. Mix the Sauce: Combine garlic, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and water in a bowl.
  4. Fry the Tofu: Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the tofu slices for 2-4 minutes on each side until golden.
