Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Lemon Crumb Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. Stir in the sugars until evenly mixed.
  3. Melt the butter, let it cool slightly, then mix it with the vanilla into the dry mixture until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the greased baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and egg yolks until smooth.
